Number 12 includes a 20th-century door set within a reeded timber case on the right-hand side, and two sash windows with glazing bars, one to the ground floor and one above. The building has a gabled roof and a stack on the rear roof slope. A two-story brick extension dating from the early 19th century is located at the rear of number 12.
