Description
No. 37 London Street is a shop built in the late 18th century. It features painted brickwork and stands four storeys tall with two bays. The shopfront, which dates from the 19th century, has a door on the left side, fluted columns, and a fascia. To the left of the door, there is a full-size painted figure of a Scotsman. The first floor has a sash window designed with glazing bars to resemble French windows, and it is framed by eared and moulded surrounds. The second and third floors also have sash windows with glazing bars and moulded surrounds. The upper floors are occupied by No. 35 London Street.
