Description

No. 45 King Street is a shop built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys, featuring a round-headed doorway on the left with a plain arched overlight. To the right, there is a plate-glass shop front. On the first floor, there is one horned 6/6 sash window. The building has a parapet and a gabled roof with a ridge stack that it shares with No. 47. The interior of the ground floor has a character typical of the 20th century, and the roof was rebuilt in the late 20th century.
