Description

The building is a Wesleyan chapel, now functioning as a Methodist church, dating from 1830. It is constructed of gault brick and features a slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and has three bays, which are defined by four giant pilasters that rise to a parapet with a central pediment. In the center, there is a square porch with double-leaf, six-panelled doors set beneath a round arch. On either side of the porch, there are one 8/12 unhorned sash windows under gauged skewback arches, and there are three sash windows on the first floor, with the central upper sash containing a stained glass panel. The roof is hipped, and the returns have two similar sash windows on each floor. The interior has not been inspected.
