No. 4 Bridewell Alley is a shop building from the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and is three storeys tall with two bays. The ground floor features a 20th-century shop front that includes a recessed door on the right side. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with simple surrounds, while the second floor has a single casement window. A fascia cornice runs across the front, extending partially over No. 2 Bridewell Alley.
