Description

No. 113 on Newmarket Road is a mid-19th century house. It is rendered and has a pantile roof with two chimneys at the rear. The building is two storeys high and features three windows on the first floor. The design includes end pilasters, and the entrance has a six-panelled door with a plain overlight, which is flanked by double pilasters that support a plain entablature. The pilasters have panelled bases and are accompanied by adjacent urns. The tall windows contain sashes with glazing bars and keyblocks, and there is a plain cornice along the top.
