TG 2107 S NEWMARKET ROAD (north-west side) 32/565 5.6.72. No. 113 GV II House. Mid C19. Rendered; pantile roof; 2 rear chimneys. 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows. End Pilasters. 6-panelled door has plain overlight flanked by double pilasters supporting a plain entablature. Pilasters have panelled bases and adjacent urns. Tall windows house sashes with glazing bars and keyblocks. Plain cornice.
