Description

TG 2107 S NEWMAREKT ROAD (north-west side) 32/563 5.6.72. No. 107 GV II House, now 5 flats. Mid C19. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof, 4 brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 6 first-floor windows. Entered by C20 doors to side. Canted 2-storey bay to left of centre has dentilled stringcourse and three 16-pane sash windows on each floor. Large C20 ground floor window to right has concrete lintel. Other windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Right end bay is slightly recessed. Bracket cornice with open pediment below plain brick parapet.
