Description

TG 2308 NW THE CLOSE 16/231 5.6.72 No. 72 GV II Office. Late C19. Red brick with yellow brick window dressings. Slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 bays with central bay projecting. 'Tudor' details on door and windows. Left-hand entrance door and passage door on extreme left. Large 4-light window with flat dripmould at ground floor. 2 2-light windows above with 4-centre arches. Sash window with side lights to left. Brick stringcourse between ground and first floors. Crenellated parapet. The right-hand bay has 3-light windows on both floors and a crow-step gable Ornate stacks.
