Description

The building is constructed of rendered brick and features a pantile roof. It has two storeys and four irregularly spaced windows on the first floor. The right-hand side has an off-centre panelled door, which is flanked by reeded, panelled pilasters that support a frieze depicting pelicans and their young in nests plucking their breasts. The building has sash windows throughout, which include glazing bars and raised and moulded surrounds. A rainwater head is marked with the date 1800.
