Description

No. 18 The Close is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. The central door is adorned with a rectangular fanlight and pilasters topped with a triglyph. Sash windows with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches are present throughout the house. Notably, the central window on the first floor has a wrought-iron balcony.
