Description

TG 2308 NE THE CLOSE 17/185 26.2.54. No. 16. GV II* House. Circa 1850 with re-used earlier details. Flint and ashlar. Brick. Pantile roof. L-shape plan. West elevation:- 2 storeys. 4 widely spaced windows at first floor. Left-hand off-centre door with fanlight, flat pilasters and simple Ionic hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars, segmental arches and brick rusticated surrounds. One C20 casement first floor left.
