The building is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof. It is positioned at right angles to the street and wraps around the gable of No. 27. The gable front to the street consists of a single bay and is two storeys high. The ground floor has a casement window with a moulded surround and a three-centre arch. Above it, there is a sash window with glazing bars and a simple surround. To the left in the left-hand return wall, there is a doorway with a reeded surround and corner roundels. Above this door, there is a 19th-century mullion and transom window.
