Description
A pair of houses located at 45-47 Elm Hill, dating to 1880 as indicated by a plaque. The houses are constructed of red brick with a rendered plinth and a pantile roof. They have two brick chimneys. The two-storey building has five windows on the first floor. A four-centred passage arch leads to Wright's Court on the right-hand side. The front doors are four-panelled and positioned between two ground floor windows; each is set within a recessed, rubbed brick round-headed arch, above which is a plain fanlight. All windows are large-paned sash windows with flat, rubbed brick arches. The building is finished with a box cornice.
