Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on the south side of Sussex Street. Constructed of red brick with a black pantile roof. The houses are two storeys high and feature three widely spaced first-floor windows. A central passage entry is marked by a semi-circular arch. Each flanking door has a pilaster and architrave surround, incorporating round-headed sunk panels and corner roundels, topped with flat hoods. Sash windows with glazing bars are found throughout, each set within a flat rubbed brick arch. A paired bracket eaves cornice runs along the building.
