TG 2209 NE SUSSEX STREET (south side) 7/853 5.6.72 No. 22. GV II House. Early C19. Red brick and black pantile roof 2 storeys. 3 bays. Central door with attached fluted Tuscan columnar Elliptical fanlight with rubbed brick arch and Adam tracery. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars(apart from first floor right)and rubbed brick flat arches. Good interior details.
