Description

Rosemary Cottages are a pair of houses dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The houses are constructed of red brick with a roof of black-glazed pantiles and brick end stacks. The front elevation presents a three-window facade; the ground floor contains paired plank doors in the centre, with a three-over-three horned sash window on either side, all beneath rendered skewback arches. The second floor has two three-light casements separated by a painted panel displaying the name "Rosemary Cottages”. A console eaves cornice runs along the top of the facade. Raking dormers are fitted with two-light casements. The interior of the houses was not inspected.
