Description
No. 3 Market Place is a house and shop built around 1830, with some early 20th-century alterations to the shop front. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick and has a slate roof with a brick stack at the left end.
The exterior features a two-storey front with three windows. On the left side, there is a plate-glass shop front that includes a doorway. To the right, there is the former entrance to the house, which has a four-panel door and a six-over-six unhorned sash window to the right, both set under rendered skewback arches. On the first floor, there are two similar six-over-six unhorned sash windows separated by a blind window.
The interior does not have any notable features.
