Description

No. 3 Broad Street is a shop with domestic accommodation above, dating from around 1830. The building is constructed of rendered and colorwashed brick, topped with a slate roof. It has two storeys and features a two-window range. The full-width shop front is framed by plain pilasters, with a recessed central entrance and side display windows. The original door and windows have been replaced in the 20th century with plate glass. The first floor is illuminated by two 6/6 horned sash windows, each with sash hoods. The roof is gabled, and there is an internal gable-end stack on the north side.
