Description

The building at 94 High Street, Southwold, is an early 19th-century house, later used as a shop. It is constructed of rendered and whitewashed red brick, with a black-glazed pantile roof that is hipped to the left. The front facade has two windows across two storeys. The ground floor features plate-glass shop display windows, with a return to the left. The first floor has two 2/2 sash windows to the front, and one to the left return. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The ground floor interior has been opened to create a single retail area, extending into the adjacent property at number 96.
