Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century are located on the north-west side of Double Street, Framlingham. The front elevation is red brick, while the sides and rear are timber-framed and plastered. The roof is covered with black-glazed pantiles. A central, two-storey recessed area features an elliptical arch. There are six windows, all with small-paned sashes within cased frames and flat arches. Two of these windows were originally blocked and have recently been reinstated. Two 20th-century half-glazed doors are set within mock-Georgian surrounds.
