Description

14 and 16 Castle Street is a 17th-century house that has been divided into two separate residences. It is one storey high with attics and features a timber-framed structure that is plastered, topped with a pantiled roof and an internal chimney stack. The building has two original three-light casement windows with pintle hinges, along with one 20th-century replacement window. There are two gabled dormers and one window located in the gable end. The entrance includes two plank doors and a double shop door that is half-glazed, adorned with reeded architrave and roundels.
