Description

Houses numbered 1 to 5 in Mandell's Court date from the late 18th century. They feature a rendered brick facade and flint with brick dressings on the side elevation. The buildings have a pantiled roof and brick chimneys, and they are two storeys high with a basement at the rear. The facade facing Princes Street has one blocked window, while the side elevation includes seven windows. To the left, there is a door with six flush panels set in a simple moulded doorcase that has corner roundels. Additionally, there is one ground floor sash window with glazing bars.
