TG 2308 NW PRINCES STREET (north side) 16/645 26.2.54. No. 8. GV II Houses including Nos. 1-5 (consec) Mandell's Court (q.v.). Late C18. Rendered brick facade; flint with brick dressings to side elevation. Pantiled roof; brick chimneys. 2 storeys and basement to rear of Mandell's Court. One blocked window to Princes Street facade; 7 windows to side elevation. Door to left has 6 flush panels in simple moulded doorcase with corner roundels. One ground floor sash window with glazing bars.
