3/77 The Teahouse.

II Teahouse. Late C18. Weatherboarded, slated roof. Largely glazed north gable with central door with glazed upper portion, 2 margin lights, all with glazing bars. Overlight above with glazing bars. Shutters with L hinges to windows. Gable with mouldings. Brick stack at south. Lean-to weatherboarded additions to east and west continuing pitch of main gables.
