Description

1 Church Passage is a late 18th-century building that features weatherboarding and a tiled mansard roof with gable ends. It has two storeys and attics within the mansard, and is one window wide. On the ground floor, there is a doorway with a simple hood supported by shaped brackets and a modern glazed door, alongside a sash window with vertical glazing bars. The first floor has a single sash window that has been restored and includes glazing bars. In the attic, there is a flat-roofed dormer with a casement window. This building is part of a group with Nos 1, 2, and 3.
