This building, comprising numbers 72, 72A, 72B and 73A on the High Street, is likely from the early 18th century, with a rendered front and parapet added in the early 19th century. It has a steep-pitched slate roof with gable ends. The building is two storeys high with an attic. The ground floor features a mid-19th century shop front with a continuous fascia, large-paned shop windows, a central round-arched doorway with a fanlight, and narrow pilasters. The first floor has two 19th-century sash windows without glazing bars. A large, later attic dormer contains two sash windows. The rear of the building is three storeys high, with two gables and sash windows with glazing bars. The listed buildings along the High Street, up to and including number 118, form a group.
