Description

This house, located 220 metres south-south-east of Hall House, dates from around 1830. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and is arranged in three bays. The central door is panelled and set behind a doorcase with Roman Doric demi-columns that support an entablature. The windows are all late 20th century sashes, positioned under gauged skewback arches. Additional architectural details include a plain timber eaves cornice, a hipped roof, and gault brick stacks on the lateral roof slope.
