Description

Colts Hall is a house built around 1830. It features a facade made of gault brick, while the rest of the structure is constructed from re-used clunch and carstone. The roof is made of slate and the building has two storeys with three bays. The central entrance door is positioned below a seven-vaned fanlight, which is framed by a roll-moulded timber surround, all set within a semi-circular recessed bay. The sash windows are placed under gauged skewback arches and have 20th-century shutters. The eaves are adorned with a paired modillion cornice, and the roof is hipped with two symmetrical stacks on the rear slope.
