Description

22 Magdalen Street is an early 19th-century house located in Thetford. The building is constructed of flint with a facade made of gault brick, topped with a roof of black-glazed pantiles. It has two storeys and is arranged in three bays. The central entrance features a 20th-century door with six panels, set beneath an arched head with plain glazing that lacks glazing bars. On either side of the door, there is a horned tripartite sash window, also without glazing bars, situated under gauged skewback arches. The first floor has two unhorned 6/6 sash windows, which are similarly placed under gauged skewback arches. The house is finished with a dentil eaves cornice and a gabled roof, and there is an internal gable-end stack on the east side. The interior has not been inspected.
