Description

No. 14 Magdalen Street is a house built in the mid-19th century, with some alterations made in 1991. It is constructed of gault brick and has a roof made of black-glazed pantiles. The building is two storeys high and features two bays. The front has a six-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed. To the right, there is one unhorned six-over-six sash window, and there are two sash windows on the first floor. All openings are topped with segmental heads. The roof is gabled, and there is an internal gable-end stack on the west side. The south-west gable wall was rebuilt in 1991 after the demolition of Nos. 10-12 Magdalen Street. The interior has not been inspected.
