Description
Nos. 36A and 38 on Magdalen Street are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from cut flint with gault brick dressings and feature a roof made of black-glazed pantiles. The front elevation has a 20th-century door on both the right and left sides, with two 6/6 sash windows positioned between them, all of which are topped with segmental heads. On the first floor, there are two additional 6/6 sash windows, also with segmental heads. The houses have a dentil eaves cornice beneath the gabled roof and a central ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected.
