Lodge. Mid C19, former gate lodge to Ayot House. Chequered red brick, old tile roof. L-plan, 1-2 storeys. 2-light cast iron latticework casements with rubbed brick segmental lintels and hood moulds. Large chimney stack with joined octagonal shafts and moulded caps.
