Description

Tudor Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century, originally built with a timber frame. It features later painted brick infill and some plaster, topped with an old tile roof. The cottage is one storey high with attics and has a projecting gable end on the west side, along with an imitation timber frame bay on the east side. It includes three small gabled dormers and three tall chimney stacks. The windows are leaded 2-light casements. This building was formerly the village school.
