Description

Ayot Cottage is a house dating to the 17th century, originally timber-framed. It has a roughcast exterior and an old tile roof. The house is two storeys high with attics, and features mid-to-late 19th century two-light casement windows, along with two small casement gabled dormers. A projecting, gabled two-storey porch is present. The west side includes a three-window rear projection, with a first-floor sash window with six panes of glass.
