Description

Rose Villa is a house dating from the 17th century. It is timber-framed and has been plastered, with a plaintiled roof. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has a four-window front. It features early 20th-century casement windows. There is a lobby entrance with a 19th-century six-panel fielded door, the upper two panels glazed, wide pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. An early 20th-century open timber porch stands at the front. An internal stack is present. The roof has a slight mansard form.
