Description

No. 36 The Street is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and some weatherboarding on one side, topped with a thatched roof. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-cell plan, with the gable end facing the road. It includes casement windows and a boarded entrance door on the front gable end, as well as an internal stack. To the left, there is a single storey addition that connects with No. 37, which also has a boarded door.
