Hotel. Late C18 with C19 additions and large c1950 rear extension. Red brick. Slate roof. 3 storeys. 3 sash windows to main front, those of ground floor C19. Slighty projecting pedimented centre with blank roundel. Central 1st floor Venetian window and semicircular 2nd floor 3-light sash window. Gauged brick lintels. Left ground floor with mid C19 canopied porch in Gothic style, and left end of elevation with 2-storey canted sash window bay. Continuous 1st floor band. Dentilled brick eaves. Single storey C19 addition on right hand.
