Description
The Wrestlers Public House is a public house with a core dating back to the 16th century. The front is made of chequered red brick from the 18th century, with restoration work done around 1970. It has a plain tile roof and plastered gable ends, and is one storey high with attics. The building features three segmental-headed casements, brick-dentilled eaves, and a weatherboarded dormer added around 1970. The layout is T-shaped, with a central projection at the rear that is mostly modern but includes part of a substantial 2-bay timber framed interior. There is also a single storey gabled addition on the left end.
