Description
No. 92 Fishpool Street is a 17th century timber-framed house with a cross-gabled design on the right side. The right section has two storeys and features two windows beneath the gable, topped with a high-pitched tiled roof that has a slight overhang above the first-floor windows. The windows are sash types with glazing bars, set in slightly projecting moulded frames. There are two steps leading to a plain plank door on the right, which is sheltered by a small, bracketed hood. The front is rendered, with a plinth at the base. The left section, also under a high-pitched tiled roof that is hipped on the left, has a late 18th century brick front and a rendered lower part. A late 18th century brick chimney is located at the front. On the first floor, there is a two-light casement window in a near-flush box frame, set under a gauged segmental brick arch, along with a tiny one-light window on the ground floor.
