Description

This barn, located about 15 meters east of Orchard House in Patchetts Green, dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick base and is weatherboarded with a machine-tiled roof. The structure consists of two bays, with a gabled threshing bay to the south and lean-to additions. Inside, the barn includes angled queen struts, butt purlins, curved braces to the tie beams, braces in the walling, and wind braces.
