Description
Delrow Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, which was rebuilt at the front in the mid-19th century. The rear is likely timber-framed, while the front is constructed of stock brick and part roughcast. It features a hipped slate roof and is designed in an L-plan. The building has two storeys and two windows, which are sashes set in reveals with timber sills and gauged brick flat arched heads. There is a central axial stack and an earlier rear wing to the right. The entrance is located in the inner angle and is sheltered by a porch with a slate roof. A two-light casement window is present on the first floor. There are lean-to additions to the right and at the rear, and the rear end stack reveals exposed timber and brick in the gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
