Small barn or coach house. C18. Brick base. Timber frame, some exposed. Weatherboarding and tile hanging. Tiled roof. 2 bays. Blocked openings in brick base. Later door to W and gable end windows. Interior: central tie beam truss has slightly curved braces. Straight queen struts clasp purlins, intermediate collars.
