Description
This outbuilding, located about 5 meters northeast of Number 16 on Datchworth Green, is a former storage building that has been converted into a garage. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and has been partially rebuilt. The structure features a timber frame set on a red brick base, with rendered infill and exposed framing visible from the garden, while the other sides are weatherboarded. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof and consists of two bays. The frame facing the garden displays studding and passing tension braces, along with a small door. A 20th-century garage door is present at the front gable end. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
