House. C17. Timber frame on red brick sill, weatherboarded with steep old red tile roof. 2-room, lobby-entry plan house facing E. One and and half storeys with 2 gabled dormers at the eaves and 2 windows below. Flush casement windows with small panes. Central boarded door with trellis porch. Hipped roof addition on left with one small window. Tall cast iron pump at N end with expanded chamber and sinuous counterweighted handle.
