Description
The Lodge is a house dating from the 16th century or early 17th century. It has a timber frame that is roughcast on a painted brick sill, with a low addition to the left that is weatherboarded. The building features a steep old red tile roof and is an irregular L-shaped structure located on a corner. The south side has a continuously jettied front that faces the road and includes three windows with a cove below the jetty. The windows are flush casement. There is a single-storey weatherboarded range extending to the west and a roughcast range to the northeast, along with a two-storey rear wing. A large external chimney with offsets is positioned at the eastern end.
