Cottage C17. Timber-framed with gault brick casing to front elevation. Weather boarded gables. Half-hipped corrugated iron roof. Tall local brick ridge stack. Two storeys with rear outshut and lean to north. Two first floor horizontal sliding sashes with flush frames and one small window. Two ground floor horizontal sliding sashes in segmental brick arches. One boarded door to left of centre and blocked doorway to right hand. R.C.H.M.: East Cambs p. 62, mon. 26.
