Description
Grassey Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on the west side of Fen Ditton Green End. It features a timber-framed structure with gault brick casing on the front elevation and weatherboarded gables. The roof is half-hipped and made of corrugated iron, with a tall local brick ridge stack. The cottage is two storeys high and includes a rear outshut and a lean-to on the north side.
On the first floor, there are two horizontal sliding sash windows with flush frames and one small window. The ground floor has two horizontal sliding sash windows set within segmental brick arches. There is a boarded door to the left of the center and a blocked doorway to the right.
