Description
Home Stalls is a house dating from the 16th century and early 17th century. It features a timber frame with red brick and plaster, topped by a machine tile hipped roof. The building is one and a half storeys high and has a 18th or 19th century brick gable end facing the road, which includes a central chimneystack and two 6/6 sash windows on both the ground and first floors. The east and west plastered elevations have modern casement windows and single dormers. The northern bay retains 16th century floor beams, while the two southern bays have 17th century floor beams.
