Description

Yawtons is a house dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century. It features a timber frame set on a red brick plinth, with plaster infilling and curved braces. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, and there is a substantial red brick chimney. The building has two storeys and an irregular arrangement of windows, with three casement windows on each floor, all having wooden frames and leaded lights. There is a boarded door located on the left side of the front. Inside, the substantial timber frame is visible.
