Description

Hayselden Manor is a house dating to circa 1830. The front is rendered, with painted brick sides, and the rear first floor is tile-hung. It has a low-pitched slate roof with a wooden eaves cornice and projecting stacks. A central, pedimented, two-storey projecting porch gives access to the house. The main part of the house is two storeys high and has three bays with glazing bar sashes. The porch has a panelled outer door and a glazed inner door, set within a moulded, segmental-headed doorcase with impost blocks and flanking pilasters that carry the entablature hood. A shallow bow is located on the right return front. Behind the house to the left are two-storey brick wings.
