Description

Ricklesslane Farm is a 16th-century timber-framed building located on the north side of St James's Road in Goff's Oak. The structure features a gable end facing the road and has a modern rear extension in an L-shape. It is constructed with painted brick, weatherboarding, and plaster, topped with a steep old tile roof. The building has one and a half storeys.

The east elevation includes a door with a canted head and a sloping plank floor band, along with two small casement windows on the first floor and a gabled eaves dormer. The gable end has two windows and is complemented by a yellow stock brick chimney stack. The west side features two small old dormers.
