Description
Goff's Oak House is an early 18th-century house featuring a cemented front that dates from the early to mid-18th century. It has a machine tile roof with three gabled dormers and stands two storeys high with attics, topped by moulded parapet coping. The house includes five wood mullioned and transomed small pane casements with flush moulded frames, along with a cemented frieze and cornice. The entrance is highlighted by a pilastered and bracketed open-pedimented doorcase. There are 19th-century parapeted extensions on the east and west sides, as well as a one-storey outbuilding attached to the east side, which features a brick modillioned cornice and a roof made of pantiles and old red tiles.
